Classic Leather
Where can I subscribe to recieve 1-2 leather bound, classic novels per month?
My husband loves those nice leather bound (with the gold on the edges of the pages), classic novels that Barnes and Nobles has. I can't buy them all at once, but I thought buying a subscription so he would get one in the mail each month would be nice for his collection. Any idea how I go about doing this? It doesn't have to be Barnes and Noble.
I don't know about subscriptions, but can recommend a good book club - not all bindings are leather but they are all high quality; some are Nigerian goatskin etc - they always include information about size, bindings, illustrators etc in the prospectus or online write-ups. Have a look at The Folio Society. Books also come in nice presentation boxes. Prices are reasonable and the books are wonderful

It is practically impossible to identify a "piece" without a picture.
Best bet to take it to a watch repair shop and have them identify it (maybe for a small fee)
