Can anyone give me 10 Reasons to watch Turner Classic Movies?
This is actually a serious question. Lately I have been pondering over whether or not I actually want to watch this channel. I would prefer if a fan of TCM would answer this, but if not I'll take anything.Thanks!
It's definitely worth it if you're an old movie buff like myself. They show slightly more modern films as well but mostly things from the 20s-60s. Sometimes they have marathons and they'll play a ton of Judy Garland movies in a row, or Clark Gable movies, or Katharine Hepburn.. things like that. I don't have ten reasons to give you, but just one.. get it if you like old movies and the classic Hollywood films. I have the channel and I love it - thanks to TCM I discovered and got really into Charlie Chaplin, who's now one of my favorite actors of all time.

For the 1990's shows they are Beverly Hills, Dear John, Herman's Head, Full House, Home Improvement, Mad About You, Murphy Brown, Roseanne, Saved by the Bell, Wings and Seinfeld. But there were others shown sometime in the 1960's, 1970's and 1980's and these were the Avengers, Flipper, Gunsmoke, Munsters, Twilight Zone, Happy Days, Good Times,Taxi,The Jeffersons,Odd Couples, Bosom Buddies, Cheers, Different Strokes, Growing Pains, Head of the Class, Golden Girls, Love Boat and Miami Vice. If you want to be a classic show lover like all the other classic fans out there then better trust your instincts if your instincts tell you to watch classic TV shows online.
